The app never has a doctor available anymore

Online consults (talk with a doctor via the app) has not worked in 4 months, despite reaching out to the app team When clicking ‘consult now’ it displays error ‘Medinet is unable to do consults’ This has occurred for 4 months

Look elsewhere. Takes ages to set up and then have issues connecting.

I love the idea but can not sign up, every time I’ve tried, when it gets to inputting my birthday it only give me the days as an option…

Have tried repeatedly and it does not connect to a doctor. Complete waste of time

Tried app booked appointment during business hours was told 10 mins , waited over 40 mins no reply can’t recommend

Claims to be doctors available 24/7. Download the app, go through signup, try to book a doctor. “Sorry this feature is unavailable”. Seriously? That’s your entire business model…

When it’s late on a Saturday night during Covid, going to the hospital is not necessary but your own dr doesn’t open until Monday …. This service was AWESOME. DIrect, to the point consultation, script issued - dispensed to our local chemist. Job done. Thank you.

I’m not sure this app has real doctors working. Invoices don’t have provider numbers and I was charged unfairly and have never heard back from customer service. Would not recommend!

The online Dr will have a 2 min text discussion and then refer you to go see a Dr in person. This is a money making scam!!
