I’ve tried half a dozen different meditation apps. The others are way more expensive. What I like about this one is you can adjust the length of your meditation session. Also, the guide gives you enough silence to actually do the mediation. I’m se other apps the guides or teachers don’t shut up, which defeats the purpose. I keep coming back to this app.

By far my favorite meditation app of all time, and then it took away the majority of options. I’m happy to pay for the full package and can’t get it restored. Sad and frustrating.
I have anxiety in the mornings and listen to this app a few times during my walk. It’s such a stress reliever. After listening to it, my mind and body are totally relaxed. I could literally go home and take a nap! I also listen to it if I’m having trouble falling asleep at night. I’ve tried other popular apps, but this one is most effective. Her voice is soothing and calming. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could!
My therapist had me start doing the body scan in sessions several years ago. I’ve used the paid and free versions since then.
I have to give presentations for my job, but started getting severe anxiety before and during the talks—like I had a vasovagal response once and cardiologists in the audience laid me down and monitored my heart rate. I now use the SOS Calm and Body Scan to prepare myself, and they work quite well to lower my anxiety level and allow me to give my presentation without panicking!
