I tried several box breathing apps. This one is simple and does what I need for it to do. I deleted all the others.

Helps with Anxiety
I get panic attacks and opening apps which meant me to watch an ad in the middle of an attack is a complete no for me. This app is simple to use and just what I needed
Breathing Exercise
Excellent for practice breathing.
Save preferences!
Love the app for it’s simplicity and ad-free design. My one issue is that I can’t save my settings, so each time I used it I have to adjust to my preferred length/no use of vibration.
