Meditation by Soothing Pod

This is my absolute favorite app ever. Love the variety of stories and meditations as well as the length of them. Perfect when I’m out with friends and need to do a quick breathing exercise or when I’m going to sleep. Sadly the app doesn’t work for me anymore. The content won’t load and when I open the app it’s just a blank screen with the text “loading contents, please wait” I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it doesn’t work so maybe it has just crashed for good. Too bad tho, I used it every day:(

This app is super good, I’ve consistently been trying to find apps that are good for meditation and have not found a better app than soothing pod, this is seriously the best meditation app if you are looking for meditation categories (breathing meditation, daily philosophy, mindful morning etc.) or just calming stories. This app also keeps track of what what categories you listened to already and how much of the category. It also keeps track of how many days you’ve meditated on the app. I literally love it and totally recommend 🤍

I sent the app to my sister to download and it’s telling her it’s $15, is it not free anymore? Or did I pay $15 and can’t remember, and the app description is wrong when it says 100% free?

Seriously the best meditation app on the market!! It’s SIGNIFICANTLY better than headspace, calm or any of the other big sell out mindfulness apps. This app is totally free, the developers of this app are saints who thankfully havent sold out (please don’t ever) and become a big money hungry corporation because they actually care about really helping people and making a difference in the world 🫶🏼 This app has a meditation for almost everything. I’d LOVE for them to add more topics like deep nervous system regulation mediations, sound baths, more anxiety stuff especially with specific things that commonly come along with anxiety like dpdr/feeling disconnected & getting overstimulated etc. 🤞🏼 Another thing i love about this app is you can adjust the background sounds a bunch and change the voice of the person guiding the meditation (wish there were a few more relaxing options for voices but the ones they have are decent). There’s also intro beginner videos for meditation if you’re new to all this along with cute mystical bedtime stores & even mediations for kids 💕 10/10 recommend, really great job dev’s i appreciate you so much you don’t know how much you’ve helped me! ps the tracker for mindful days is awesome and actually motivates me to stay consistent 🫶🏼

It’s been a very long time since I’ve written a review. This guided meditation app with sleep stories is truly amazing! Best of all it’s free! All the meditations I’ve listened to have been great. I can’t finish a bedtime story without falling asleep. Anyway, awesome free app! High quality!

Soothing Pod taught me how to meditate. I love this app! It’s wonderful and I can see and feel the difference when I do it! It’s helped me in quite a few ways. I love Soothing Pod a lot!

I like this app because it is simple to use, has a wide variety of subjects presented in an unobtrusive way. The guided meditations allow the user space and are brief yet always positive and calming.

This helpful app becomes part of my daily life. But as the app hasn’t updated for 2 years, I’m worried that the app may be kicked out by Apple Store. I can’t imagine if Soothing Pod is gone. It would be so sad.
