I am creeped out by the ”Visualize yourself asleep” i instantly closed the app with goosebumps and cold sweat...

It’s really good but It cost money I like other stress apps more, I have really much stress before sleep so it’s help.

I mean i didn’t expect it to be great because i read that there were a lot of purchases that could be made in the app. So i knew there was going to be a lot of restrictments as to what i could do. And there are. The free version doesn’t give u alot. But i can really see that, if you’re willing to pay a little extra, it could really help.

I have enjoyed doing this every day. I miss Leah. I look forward to it and meditation has become my morning routine. I’m more at peace and have less stress. Thank you!

If you ever feel that you are stressed or if you are going through a tuff time ect then get this app if you try to beat yourself up don’t do that this app will do it for you what I mean is it will let you go in peace again like this punch once you are at peace so I say you get this app and try it yourself
