The guided meditation from this app makes me calm and relieve stress after a long day at work. I highly recommend this app. Buy it.. it's worth it.

Nicely inspiring would be better if more focus is given for concentration part

"Meditation studio" is the one of the best! It is unlimited for a one time pay! It's really worth it! This app and the "PAUSE" app are the only apps I use to deal with my anxiety and depression... This totally works!

The app has a great UI , with good collection of meditations. All instructors are good. But headspace is better in my opinion , but it costs 15 times more compared to meditation studio, for a years subscription!

I’ve been listening to Colleen Saidman Yee’s “Unwind and Let Go” meditation since 2016. It’s one of my favorites and just works for me like nothing else. Can’t thank you enough.

Update as of October 2024: Someone from the support team reached out to me to help with troubleshooting steps and was able to restore my original free content. Great customer service. Thank you! Original review: I am a legacy user and all my previous free meditations have been locked. Please unlock these. I even tried the “restore purchase” option and it didn’t do anything. 👎🏼

Helps me with anxiety, pain sleep relaxation everything. It is a well rounded app
