This app is one of the least user-friendly apps I have ever used. Very disappointing.

The app has no menu! Can’t do anything with it. Makes me wish I wouldn’t have changed from Aetna. Their app works

You have information on dr’s that are not accurate. For one, I know my primary dr. does not go to one of the hospitals and I even informed you and it’s never been changed. You are still providing inaccurate information.

This app doesn’t even load your ID cards. The screen is just blank. And under menu there’s nothing there. This app is basically useless.

Great app for a great company. Thanks for keeping me and my family up to date with all our claims.

I am looking for help tracking food I eat and getting healthy. Can’t afford to pay for an app. Is there any resources available to me through my insurance?

I can’t seem to find the remaining balance on this card on this site. Makes it difficult to gauge future purchases.

Challenging web sites, apps, overly complicated, locking me out, phone system nonsense, then talk to an Expressscripts rep who says I have to call medical mutual. Can’t login.

App is full of bugs. Crashes randomly. Poor user experience. Higher expectations from a large company.
