Mednefits

The app constantly crashes and is super problematic. The page is always frozen at the Home Screen and I have to close the app and re open the app every time I want to do 1 thing. Have tried installing and reinstalling, same issue. The app also does not allow you to search service providers by location. Super frustrating when you’re trying to redeem at service providers. I would also overall not recommend Mednefits in general: Note that: There is very very limited panel of doctors & specialists - no rheumatologist, no mental health professionals, 1 gynaecologist, no haematologist, no physiotherapist. The insurance groups still have much better and extensive coverage for your employee benefits.

Why it doesn’t allow me to update..

Updated the app and now I can’t get past the mobile number input page.

Received message asked for update, after updated : Unable to login, Not able to reset password .......You guys sure this update being tested?

I was asked to update the app but the app was failed to update. Uninstalled and now cannot be install back.

The app crashed when i tried to select an option and it revert to my main phone page. IOS user here

Wanted to see which GP near my house accept Mednefits. However, when I click the GP, the app will clash and close. Until now I am still not sure where I can see doctor.

The recent update is a failure. 0 credits but x amount cash payable is no longer available. This used pass the checking. Payment via cash keeps failing. Should consider to use the previous version.
