Waste of time . Horrible experience . Paid the money but no doctor called . Toll free number also doesn’t work .

In Profile update not able to select or type city blank screen coming. Reported same to chat support as well.

i was not able to get consultation on video so i got a suggestion to call the doctor after the IVR the call gets disconnected also if the doc is not available for consultation at least inform the patient

Hi had raised a ticket for refund as there was no consultation happened due to unavoidable circumstances as per the app they booked a direct consultation at the hospital but the refund is still not done nor any kind of response is given to my through call or email… no customer care number to check with them nor email reply

Yesterday I booked the online appointment through this app for my daughter. Paid full amount and got the slot of 5.45pm. Waited almost 45 minutes at given time meeting didn’t happened. When I tried for refund, the message is coming past appointment can’t cancel..
