Miserable company, consider my comment
I was out of home for 3 months, after returning back I get several letters from Inkasso with 5 post letters that I need to pay 300€ after stopping their charges to my bank account (desperate because they did not pick up the phone calls at all and hanging them when I started to talk in English). All was because my cancellation letter did not have the signature (when finalising the end of contract in time) and they kept the contract running for the next 6 month. My last letter was to threaten me with a lawyer if I did not pay an increased amount of 500€ after 6 month of no usage, thinking that finally I would not hear them back after my resign letter. This company is miserable how they work. I share this to make you aware of what can happen if you missed something or when they do not answer at all any support calls, they won’t care and they will try to threaten you in all possible ways… (I ended up paying an unfair 500€ to avoid any lawyer payment), is a pity that the law (and the 3rd party company which seemed even part of this deal, to steal money easily) do not care about people, service providers which try to threat with their worst phone customer support. If the law really cared about people, companies like this should not stay for such such a long time , robbing peoples money and hanging up any phone calls after waiting at least 20 minutes in each call….
