Simply do not bother with this app, someone was paid a lot of money for zero results.

The most frustrating app I’ve ever used. Can’t book parking. Flight details missing. Surely in this day and age they could do better.

This app is borderline useless. It is impossible to use to book parking, the screen glitches at the point of payment and you cannot tell if you have paid and booked or not. It has been like this for years and yet they still haven’t fixed it. Hello!! Is anyone listening?????

It couldn’t find flights - even when Flight Number entered. Impossible to book parking. Rubbish app.

The only way this App passes is if the developer’s main aim was to waste as much of your time as they could get away with. I get the feeling that they sit there and monitor how many times users try to get a tick to stick. Laughing their heads while users desperately keep ticking away only to see their tick disappear again and again. 😂

This ap is without doubt the worst. Not user friendly, continually crashes. I reached out once because of the uselessness and they said “oh we cant do anything because its looked after in the UK”. whether thats true or not i dont know, But what i do know is you cant help someone if they wont help themselves.

Unable to simply book parking on mobile. Such a poor experience for a simple activity

Had same problems as per other reviews but persisted. However after eating my time, was trying to pay via ApplePay and that was it. No payment requested and said I would need to provide QR code rather than CC to enter/exit car park. But no QR supplied. Confusing!!!!

Practically impossible to use to book parking. Check boxes that can’t be checked, payment screens that vanish and return to the previous screen. I can’t understand how it’s possible to deliver such a poor experience in this digital age for something as simple as booking and paying for parking..

Couldn’t sign in to app for ages, finally get in there and cannot make a booking as you can’t select the tick boxes, because they disappear as soon as you put them in there!!! Such a pain - fix your app!
