Can't register. Application error

Rien ne fonctionne correctement sur cette application. Quelle déception! Impossible de retrouver ma réservation et de procéder à mon enregistrement avant mon arrivée. Pour une grande chaîne d’hôtels comme Melia nous sommes en droit d'obtenir une application qui fonctionne.

Can’t check in on the app with booking made via a vacation company such as Air TransAt, one of the largest vacation companies in Canada. The room service QR code provided on the hotel map just leads you to download the app. So, it’s essentially useless. I already have an established account with Meliá from my previous trip. I like the resort but the online experience is completely useless.

Not sure who developed this app but you can download it..and that's where it stops. App not unlike resort. Lots of glitches all around.

Total garbage. Can’t login. Can’t get a password etc etc. compared to other hotel groups it’s laughable

Supposed to be benefits if you check in online, which I’d love! …but app forces you to complete profile before checking in (fine)…but it can’t find guest info using rewards numbers (error message), so you have to fill in a full profile form…which is broken - contact country is shaded out and locked to the USA. So if you live anywhere else, you can’t fill it in…which means you can’t check in…which means no upgrade or whatever benefit that was promised. Super frustrating.

What a waste of time. Nothing works. Can’t putt any dates after 2011 🙄

Called to ask for my membership number and still could not login. Kept getting an error message. Very frustrating

Can't sign in? 400 error? This is a joke!

Tried creating an account 5 times. Keeps saying your password has expired even if I try creating a new one. I gave up. Ill check-in in person. Not worth my time.
