Content is great, it's a shame that...
Ok, if you wanna get an understanding of Analog synthesis this is a great place to start, no more scratching your head wondering what a VCO, VCF, VCA or LFO is and how to link them together. Lots of information to be learnt from these videos. Two main issues though. The first is when you exit the app it doesn't remember where you got to, this is a pain especially when there are 50+ videos and you yourself can't recall where you'd got to either! Secondly and this is a huge annoyance for me. This is not iPad/iPhone app yet, so the video quality is very very poor compared to their other app tutorials. The compression artefacts are terrible in the video making it impossible to see what is going on alot of time! Considering this is the first part of two courses on analog synthesis, it's strange that the second course of videos are all iPad friendly apps with far far better video quality. If they release an update improving the video quality (it desperately needs this) and a way of remembering your position I'd give it five stars.
