Melorra - Online Jewellery App

Not so reliable store... I've ordered a ring on 19th January and delivery expected date was February 20th and now it's already March, no product received.. I've tried contacting many times but sometimes no response!!

They attracts you with their fabulous designs and after ordering these guys wont deliver your order ever.. And even after cancellation they do not refund your money on time. The support staff have all those same ghise pite answers and they can do nothing. They have no updates regarding anything or they will give you false commitments and do nothing.. They use your money for good 3-4 months. Such a worst experience I had with these guys. And my money is still not refunded.

I cancelled the order but even after 15 days amount is not credited, after I called them they are saying they will initiated the refund and it is going to take another 10days to get the amount, pls don’t buy anything from melorra, if u still want to buy it also don’t make online payments.

I had Ordered a product which was to be delivered on 13th November 2023 but it was not. I was told to wait for about a week but then I had not tracking of the product and still don’t. All I know is that it is to be manufactured and this status is static since about last 20 days . The order is prepared so I couldn’t help it . Whenever I speak or mail the customer care I always get the same answer that we are doing our best . But I’m really disappointed with this behaviour and will never recommend that anyone buys from Melorra

I purchased 3 articles from your melorra store in LULU MALL LUCKNOW (Uttar Pradesh) I asked the person to show me the articles which he can handover me the same day.He showed me some collection of gold chains and promised me to handover it right away. I made the payment then He asked me to wait or pick up the items other day.I waited for an hour in the mall then he called me and asked to pick up the item next day.I agreed as I also work in the same Mall in Uniqlo India pvt ltd. I picked up the articles next day but couldn’t receive the bill of one chain he asked me to pick it up next day or he can forward the pdf to me. Next day I went for Bill and Got the bill. (Bill is of 20/07/23 but I received the articles on 21/07/23) Khair… Then On my off day I went with my mother to get it checked randomly and Found that One gold chain is of copper 😶I was blank at that time. Same day I came to the store and told him everything he said The chain is being exchanged by the person who checked it. I went back to that place and checked their CCTV footage and didn’t find them guilty. I returned to the Store and asked for the help or if they can track the item which I have received.When I went to the store the Store manager of melorra pallasio attended me as Store Incharge (whom was told is store manager)ye bhi jhoot.)Manish)was on leave Then Mr.Arshad asked me to wait 48 hours as he will investigate the whole scenario. Today on 28/07/23 I called MR.Arshad and he said to talk to mr.Manish as he is handling all the mails and everything After my off i went to the store for help they asked me that they can’t help anymore whatever legal action i want to take can proceed with that and also they were behaving like I am the culprit who is doing this drama. My Very Big Mistake-I didn’t ask him to shoe the brand names on jewellery as I trusted him and also I was purchasing these things for the first time in my life.Even the length of the other chain also differ from 0.5 He neither asked me to show the brand name on any articles or weight. (You can check the CCTV footage) Whatever he was saying I was totally believing in that as he was approaching me from last 3-4 months and also we work in same mall so I didn’t care much.I was too damn excited to gift this to my mother so Please help me asap.Otherwise whatever it will take I will take legal action and will also approach to comsumer Helpline

worth customer support and worst management i have ever seen in any of the company i was rstruggling for cash back the thing which i have purchased in oct 2022 and received the cash back in july 7 2023 it took almost 9 month i have purchased just 2 products from melora but both experiences was worst when i have puchased ring for cash back i waited for 9 month and for breslet i have ordered for 37k suddenly they increased the price before delivering the product 38500

Its been more than 20 days that melorra has my money and the order is not delivered yet, and there is no update on the delay of the order from melorra. I don’t trust this company, deleting the app
