This game is level up concentrate! All the fun and complexity of a good RPG leveling and skill system without the countless hours needed to actively grind. This is exactly what a busy adult gamer needed to scratch that video game itch without it sucking my time. Thanks Melvor!

DO NOT BUY ON IOS For at least six months now the app has been literally unplayable and crashes non-stop, even when not using mods. The same holds true for playing this in a normal browser like safari or firefox, it’s all of iOS and not just the app. This is a documented problem, not a whiny “review” from an ignorant dingus mad at video game. The devs have acknowledged it and have no idea what’s causing the crashes. They propose no solution and have no fix in the pipeline. The only potential solution is the upcoming offline client which they say will allow them to understand what’s crashing g and why, but there’s still no guarantee it’ll be fixed then. Do not buy on iOS. Buy on steam and even then you won’t be able to play on iOS for the foreseeable future. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

There are a lot of new skills I do not recognize from my childhood playing RuneScape but right off the bat I notice one skill missing. The Hunter skill. Always was my biggest profit skill. Other than that I am loving this game. 5 stars for sure

Purchased on Steam and have been playing on phone and PC thanks to the generous cross-play and cross-buy support! Loving it!

Randomly added paywall, if you played with no saved account you were not grandfathered in. I’m not paying $10 for what was free directly before that update.

Loving all the new updates and the continued rollout of fantastic, meaningful, thematic, and engaging hours and hours of content. Been playing it from the start and I'll play it till the wheels fall off

Login system is extremely flawed

Didn’t think I’d be into a game like this. An idle rpg isn’t usually something I go for, but I decided to try Melvor out anyways and boy oh boy was I glad I did. The art style is very nice for the eye to look at, there is lots of activities to level your character, and many different ways to build your character. After a couple of hours on the demo version I decided to buy the full game. Definitely gives a RuneScape vibe minus running to the bank and back, good for those who don’t have a lot of free time.

Almost every skill is stuck behind a $10 paywall. Don’t waste your time on this cash grab.
