Does anyone using iOS 13.6.1 have a problem with signing in? It’s been like that for me for about a month. I can still sign in on the website with the same member account but not on the app. The app used to help me with my calling very much. Please help with this issue.

Open app, enter credentials, stare at black screen. I haven’t been able to use this app at all since that update. I really don’t want to be the mean user, but it’s been months now.

After successfully logging in and selexting what to sync, I get a little success! text and then a blank screen. Waiting forever doesn’t fix it, restarting the app doesn’t either, nor does deleting the app and data completely and reinstalling. No I won’t submitore in detail because I see you have many reports of the same issue. iPhone 14 Pro.

I can open the calendar, but I can’t add to the calendar without going through a browser.

I have not been able to use this app since June. I can't get it to do the syncing, so it won't even let me log in Additional comments: can we put the option to pay tithing on this app? That would be incredibly convenient.

Unable to login into tools app anymore have the after updating the app.

App asks me to sign in. Then after that it asks about data to sync. Then it shows a blank screen. Completely unusable. I can even share feedback through the app. You have got to fix this.

Cannot keep the app working! Will not sync thus will not work.

The design of what could be possible to do on this app is so great, but it works terribly. I can barely access the directory now because it moves so slowly and is so glitchy. Hope they can improve this because it really would be great if it worked!
