This is the worst app ever. It continually crashes within 30 seconds of opening the app and logging in. You can’t do anything… even go to the help page of the app to see why it’s crashing. Please fix it!!

App crashes within 5 seconds of logging in. I am unaware of what features the app may be capable of as it is unusable on iPhone 11 with the consistent crashing.

App is trash, can’t get it to stay open. Constant crashes.

It looks like there has not been a review of this app in a while… if anyone is wondering, it’s terrible. I’ve had it for about 3 years now. Everything is updated and it just crashes constantly. It’s seriously the worst.

And I think I know why. It doesn’t want to work on mobile data. Only Wi-Fi

All I can do is login. I can’t update payment method (credit card expired). Keeps going to a broken page. Live chat is non responsive.

The app constantly crashes unless you view member card. Color scheme is bad in “Member Card” and needs to be updated. This app could be beneficial to Air Force Clubs if it works. More funding needs to be directed to the programmers of the app. Like most things in AFSVC, It’s probably contracted out, but they need to hire their own programmers to make this app useful. Or rework the contract.

This app crashes CONSTANTLY unless you only select “view member card”. But when you view a card, you can’t read anything on it because of the color scheme. There’s white lettering and a big white circular orb right where the lettering is, making it extremely difficult to read. Please change this to black lettering or just make the colors flat so the white lettering can be viewed.

Change the font color back to Black on the membership cards! White lettering on light background is impossible to read. Osan AB club cards specifically

I became a member of a group and have left the group 4 different time and I still get charged the membership fees. And they show up as one of my member groups. Do not use this app for membership that require a fee. I even removed my Payment method and the group still charges my card.
