Disappointed & Frustrated
I’ve been banking with members first for 2 years now. while they are amazing this app is not. I have my login set up with face recognition. Twice this year it will randomly say “ password incorrect “ . so i call customer service & somehow my password was changed?! & my email set up with the account is missing a letter. so i can’t even reset it. now it’s a saturday, i can’t get through to anyone until monday. payday is in a few days, if a hacker got into my account or there’s a simple fluke with members first. All i’m worried about is being able to afford my rent & making sure i don’t lose access to my funds. i was able to get through to customer service, but i can’t talk to anyone who can help with my mobile account until monday. she told me that sometimes people may have inputted information wrong, but why is someone messing with my email. I don’t know i’m just completely frustrated, stressing out. whatever the issue is please fix it ! & i hope to god everything is okay & i don’t lose my direct deposit from over 40 hours i worked.
