I don’t bother reviewing apps but this is so bad I have to leave a review. It continually prompts for a password change because “the site has been updated” then asks for your membership card number before throwing an error and won’t let you return to the previous screen. Also, in the 4 years I’ve had it I’ve managed to use it once for ferry tickets.
Horrendous app. Either doesn’t let you log in (error message), constantly crashes or just shows up a white screen. Brutal!
Updated app is inaccessible and no help offered to resolve login issues. Totally awful app.
It looks good but is it using a dial up modem?? The website is also atrociously slow
So bad for kicking you out of the app and takes numerous attempts to get logged back in same as perks app
Temperamental app. Some days it works and other days it doesn’t. Logging in doesn’t always work and discounts can buffer. Best to have a screenshot of your card saved
Downloaded new app and updated password as instructed the new app does not work absolutely useless

Find the app handy when out and about and good to track your savings.
Is really helpful to see what shops and restaurants near me offer a discount and the digital card is really handy!
