No way to reset a password. Just pass on this app. Think they will ever put money into using Face ID recognition? I don’t.

For some reason when I went to open the app, my password wasn’t there. I can’t remember my password and this app won’t even let me reset it. It just keeps saying I have an email/password error-no way to reset, no menu to choose from. If you have an organization, avoid this app; it was written by a mommy to get PTA money. Awful app.

My son moved from middle school to high school and I cannot figure out how to delete the middle school from this app. I also find it hard to navigate.

Thank you, MTK, for developing the option to conveniently access PTA membership cards from the app. What a nicely added feature!

Cannot login and there’s no link to contact support or a link to reset password

Can’t get rid of messages even after marking all read. Unsubscribed to several and it says it saved, but I still get the messages. There should be a swipe left feature to delete groups and messages.

Same as everyone, I hate this app because it always makes me think there is a new message just because the red circle won’t GO AWAY even after your view messages. I’m always having to log in to see if, in facet, there IS a new message or not. It is completely inconvenient and a hassle. That should be an easy fix if developers even cared.

App badge constantly says 1 when all messages have been read. Been an issue for over a year now.

Just like most of the other reviewers, I have had a notification of an unread message for months. I finally got rid of it! I deleted the app. Let me know when you fix the bug...maybe I’ll reinstall.

After reading new messages, the notifications don’t go away!!! It makes me frustrated! Please get rid of the bug.
