Received a promo code to pay for a year on an external link & to get another one for free. After doing so i only got a year, since then i’m trying to contact support through official channels & even whatsapp & no one is responding! I don’t recommend this app for anyone as if you face any support issue you will be left alone.
Not able to stream media from UK apps or from any other countries as the IP is not masked properly. Only good for calls, even those on avg quality hence 1 star.

Before it was very good and easy to connect now Having issues after connecting 2nd thing now you have to choose the network before it was connecting with Finland automatically and they removed Finland from the list I think Mena vpn game is over no need to renew subscription until they don't solve this problem..

I have been using MENA VPN and am very satisfied with its performance—it works excellently. However, I have encountered an issue with the billing. Despite having paid for a yearly subscription, I am being charged every month. This has been quite frustrating, and I would like to understand why this is happening. I hope the support team can address this issue promptly and clarify the reason behind these monthly charges.
