This app is intuitive and well organized. It explains the latest science on chronic pain in an easy to understand way and provides practices that are well designed to manage your pain. I used the app daily - it was like having a coach right by my side, guiding me along the way. Together w/the program, I was able to wash dishes and swim without pain for the first time after six years of chronic pain.

After eight years of chronic pain this program got me to virtually pain-free and gave me all the tools that I need to continue living a full life, pain free.

The registration process was easy. Take a few minutes and go through the sections to understand Remedy’s science based approach. What is not explained are fees.
