Mensa IQ Check

Got a high score, was stretched & broke out in a sweat, so of course I liked it.

Love this app, but when are we going to get an update with some new questions - I keep seeing the same ones repeatedly, which is making it less challenging and so less accurate.

Is this app scoring on the usual IQ scale? I score 140 on the quick test which is generally considered a high score, but the graphical presentation of the score looks like it leaves at least several percentage points of the distribution in the right tail. So not sure if this app has a funny scoring methodology or the bell curve presentation is inaccurate.

I personally like how you cannot see your wrong answers at the end of the test as it would completely take away the point of figuring out the answers if a similar question comes around again. Overall I’m satisfied and I’m completely in love with the Mensa community 🙂

Great questions, really challenging, but being unable to see the answers afterwards (to understand the ones you got wrong or couldn’t figure out) is incredibly frustrating. I read the explanation given regarding people cheating the test, but this is just an app, not a qualification? The only people who lose from cheating are the cheaters themselves. But even then, of all the nonsense that kids can get up to these days, I can’t believe any would wake up in the morning thinking they’re going to spend the day cheating an IQ test! Have faith in the people installing this app.
