If you have anxiety.. game changer
This app has been such a great help to me. Having struggled with anxious thoughts and negative thought loops for years, I have tried numerous things. Usually things help for a little while or help some but they don’t help long-term. After using this app and the books they offer I have realized that sustainable results only come when you are taught how to manage your thinking. And this app definitely does it! There are so many tips and videos for changing your mindset and learning skills to do so. I I also love that they’re coming out with an exercise vault that showcases how to videos. As someone who works out 5 to 6 days a week, this is a game changer. The personal journal that’s in the app has helped me more than I know how to explain. It has profoundly changed how my mind is defaulting in a given situation. I've noticed in many different circumstances my default thought or reaction is not what it normally is, like my brain is pulling the info straight from the book and applying it automatically. Definitely get this app.
