I was charged right away. No way to contact on the app. Terrible.
Scam Beware
As indicated by several buried reviews, you sign up for a “free” trial and regardless of cancellation you still get charged. Shady practices, the app has been reported
Awesome app!
This app is really is well planned and has awesome features. I’ve used CBT/DBT before, and the apps exercises capture it perfectly. It also explains them really well! That said, the price is a little steep. If you like the trial and can afford it, definitely subscribe.

Geared for a ten year old
If you’re emotionally challenged and looking for a feeling wheel, maybe this will help you but it does nothing to improve executive function if you’re ADHD. They whack you with an entire year of fees after a wholly inadequate three day trail period. Save your money and time for something else

Im 13 dealing with a lot rn and honestly this app really helps 100% with work family and stuff going on in my head and body I have had this app a while and I just want y’all to know your never alone I wish u noting but the best in life and remember there’s always someone who needs u here as much as u need someone sometimes it’s best if u let things go the way the ( god/whoever u believe in )plans it to go because your not alone you may not know someone but someone In life is waiting for you now make your last wish and make it special because you never know when it could be your last . Get this app
Weird
Tried to contact for support.. took me to femo meter.. fertility booster. Got a free one year membership to app in July.. have yet to be able to use it! Wants me to pay and just spins. To leave this has been time consuming.. every “user name” seems to be taken.
