The Mental Model Club app trains your brain to automatically use the most useful mental models when you need them.
The app is available exclusively for members of the Mental Model Club.
How It Works
You set alarms as you normally would on your phone
When the alarm goes off, you MUST complete a quick mental model survey for the alarm to turn off. (ie - How can you apply the 80/20 mental model to your personal relationships?")
We've done all of the work for you in terms of loading the questions and mental models. All you have to do is set the alarms.
The Science Of Why It Works
HABIT STACKING - It builds off a tool (the alarm) you already use.

SPACED REPETITION - When you properly space your practice, it goes into long-term memory.

TESTING EFFECT - When you are forced to recall something, you are more likely to remember it. This is also known is desirable difficulty.
