Mental Note ๛

I've been using this app successfully for a couple of years and really rate it. However it has now wiped all my notes for no apparent reason with no warning. Therefore if you use it, and I'm not sure I trust it anymore, make sure you back up frequently.

I was so happy to get that application until update. Its working very slow now when opening notes. And it dosnt work well in coupme other places too. Wait for update!

Was great until update ..... Now it crashes and all your notes are lost. Do not put anything of value on here or it will be lost. Or better still, steer clear of this rubbish app

This app used to be fantastic. Now it's not. After the update the app takes forever to open into my notes, that's when it stays open as it continually crashes. When it does work its great.

Great that app continues to be updated, but problems still remain (so no new stars from me), and what's with the rubbish new icon? If you can put the effort into a pointless cosmetic change and not the real problems, you deserve one less star! [Prev version (2.5):] I've tried a lot of notes apps, and this one is the best balance between organised usability and not having pointless bells and whistles. To get 5 stars from me, it needs: - ability to apply basic text formatting (bold, italic, underline, highlight?) - ability for user to choose whether notes to be sorted alphabetically, by date amended, or manually - scribbles on text to move with text when editing (very annoying!) - ability to copy/cut/paste text without keyboard enabled And now... - the old icon back

What's with the hideous new icon? Please turn it back!

I was really impressed at first with the capabilities of this app but after making a few notes I'v realised that you CAN NOT alphabetically sort your notes! As the number of my notes grew the app became unusable simply because I couldn't find anything. Now I'm using Note Master instead.

I have already reviewed this app as 5 stars but I need to review again as now very unstable. Closes down every time I open it. If I start to type sometimes the app will stay open. Please sort this out as this spoils an excellent app.

I really like this software and it can be used at most times when you need to quickly write something down. I even did my English homework on it! I also like the export as PDF funtion, this is just so helpful! The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because when I type the keyboard is fine but the note keeps on scrolling to roughly 15 lines above where I'm typing. This is very annoying and I ended up copy and pasting text from my iPods built in note software into mental note! Please fix this. Except for that, great app and you have done a good job! 

I've given this app 3 stars, not because its average, its the best I've tried over the last few months, just that it needs that bit more. The note takeing suits the way I like to think and plan very well, the ability to just add pictures, text and audio at will anywhere in the page beats all the other applications I have tried hands down. However, its very frustrating that you cannot cut and paste the audio and pictures to different places within the note, as you can the text and drawings. This leads to having to start again on occasion. The command buttons seem to be unresponsive, almost as if you have to press really hard to activate them. The search bar from the front page at least searches within all the notes, (unlike some other apps which only search the titles/headers), but it would be nice if it then highlighted the search item when you open the note. Tilting the ipod gives landscape mode, which is pointless, all it does is waste space on either side rather than utilising it.
