App is ok, but NEEDS to have Apple health and Apple fitness plus support.

Can’t access most rowing classes after the update. Endlessly refreshes the list but they never appear

I hate how the new main page looks, it is unnecessarily big and cuts off the connect button at the top right in an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I also hate how music starts automatically playing when I try to go on free training now. The default should be silence and you can choose a song if you want. Please redo the interface and disable automatic music. It was better before.

I don’t have a problem connecting to my deskcycle but the “timed” workouts don’t correctly record the resistance level….it won’t move off of 1. I’ve never had it that low. I then have to wonder if the calorie counter is off because of that.

The newest update seemed to remove the ability to shut the sound off.

Just got the rowing machine today & it will not connect to my phone. Tried the suggestions in the app & noting seems to turn the Bluetooth on in the machine, or allow it to connect. It connected just fine to my husband’s phone & even powering off his phone to cut the connection, we still could not get it to connect. It is too bad, it seems like it could be great.

The new update makes the app unusable. The app keeps crashing and keeps closing itself before I can even select a workout and won’t pair to my rower! Terrible and unusable.

App doesn’t work. I log in and it immediately crashes.

The road to survival constantly loads but never finishes. Can never get pass 3 minutes before loading starts and never stops.

Need to sync with fitness and health app
