A prompt from the app saying that the Meralco App does not support the log in option. Fix it plus give us other payment options.

Too much frustration on registration.

Can’t even register our account.

keeps saying session expired - looping back to login page, when you login to web based app and change the password it will not allow you cause your account is linked to google or fb, so no way to change password then you’re stock on using web based app since the app itself won’t let you in and keeps stating your password has been expired, what a trash app and still occuring. it’s nice to have this app however keeps on logging off even if you just logged in, I re-downloaded the app and still same issue, I hope you can fix this, issue was not resolve and it’s getting annoying

It seems that Meralco Mobile App has been down for quite a while.

For some reason I can no longer access my bill through your app. It automatically logged out and I can no longer login using my FB credentials. It says that it is temporarily unavailable and that the developer is aware of the issue. I also don't receive paper bill and on emails, there are times that you would send it but most of the time, you won't! How will I know and pay for my bill if I don't have access to it!!! Hassle!!! We were never delayed in payment until now!!!

I already done filling up the bill informations but it wont proceed and says i need to fill up when i did it already.

I tried logging in using my facebook account and previously I can still access it but 2 months ago there’s an error that the app is not active dur to developer issue. I already raised this concern by emailing meralco yet they did not fix it.
