Unable to Read Articles with Paid Subscription
The app has gone downhill. I pay for a digital subscription and nearly every article is inaccessible because it tells me I can’t read it without the subscription I already have. This happens across multiple devices, after uninstalling and reinstalling, using the in app clear cache, logging out and in. Nothing fixes it and I can’t read the articles I pay for. Customer support is completely unhelpful and only recommends I do things in my web browser and won’t recognize it’s an app specific issue.
