Useless ! It used to work but now doesn’t open beyond the from screen I now have NO manual for the vehicle. Followed up with Mercedes technical support who told me to reload but still the same. MB software support is the same as their service.

The app *was* very clunky and not intuitive at all, and now it just doesn’t work for me at all.

This was a great app when I picked up my new car in may 2022 but now a few months later the app does not show any virtual guides or the owners manual 👎

Doesn’t even work, keeps giving error message whether trying to download or to access online version of the guide. FFS, just give us plain old PDF version of the owners manual that customers can use, than some fancy app that doesn’t even work.

When first had this it correctly loaded the 2014 B Class guide. Since then it chose without any permission to delete the guide and then offer only guides for later variants and model year. What is the point of this app if it cannot be relied on to keep the correct information at hand?

Didn’t have anything for my B200 2008 plate.

An attempt to give easy assistance seems to be undone by the cumbersome nature if the search A list of all the areas of the car would have been simpler

Search is completely broken and has not been tested even once before release. Searches for any term such as ‘fuse’ or ‘amps’ or ‘cruise’ return no documents. Would also be nice to remember which vehicle I select rather than starting from scratch each time. This app could be good if some basic QA were applied.

How on earth can anyone think it is a good idea to develop a user manual with no contents page or index to browse through?! Unbelievable!

No index so relies on you searching for specific subjects and features, and often, will not return what you are looking for if you get the terminology wrong. Also, you don’t know what you don’t know, so scanning a manual to review all the features you don’t know about isn’t possible. All I want is a PDF version of the manual that I can thumb through and search, not this constrained, overcooked and difficult to use solution.
