With the Mercedes-Benz App on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock.
Primary Connected Vehicle Digital Extras:
• Start the engine remotely
• Lock and unlock the doors
• Locate your vehicle on the map
• View vehicle data like mileage, tire pressure, fuel level, and more
• Manage your profile and vehicles
• Send an address directly to your vehicle’s navigation system

Great App and very comfortable
When the app is working , it is awesome and I love it but it doesn’t always work properly. Lots of times it logs me out and I have to sign back in again and it’s really frustrating and annoying.
“The best or nothing” lol
The $300/year price tag for the "privilege" of remote lock and start functionality is outrageous—especially when my vehicle is only compatible with 8 out of 29 advertised features. Even the limited remote start functionality comes with a laundry list of restrictions that make it unreliable. For instance: A fuel level below 30% prevents remote start entirely (yes, really). Each start is limited to 10 minutes, and after two consecutive starts, the feature is disabled until you manually start the car. Forgot the sunroof was venting? Remote start won’t work. This makes the system feel borderline useless. Adding to the frustration, my model and year lack features like remote actuation of windows, sunroof, climate control, seat heaters, or anything beyond basic locking and starting. The removal of previously available features (Siri integration, internet radio, interior temperature display) only adds insult to injury. For those in cold climates like me, remote start is a necessary evil, but it’s hard to justify the cost for such limited functionality. Mercedes-Benz should either expand compatibility or drastically reduce the price tag for what amounts to a bare-minimum service. Absolutely garbage.
The app is meh
This app isn’t the best, acts up all the time, twice I locked with the app and didn’t allow me to unlock shortly after telling me subscription expired leaving me stranded can’t get into my car without any warning. But I love the car! Love Mercedes. But the app needs work
Better control
Car controls needs to allow you control the temperature in your car… when you get in the car without it turning off

The app dosent work, keep re routing from old to new.
