App was good, now unable to get passed the login screen. Can’t pay bills. (Even on the website I can’t even get passed the login. Will update review when I’m able to log in and pay my bill again.

Your website is THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I can rarely log in successfully, the submission times out all the time! On those rare occasions that I do log on successfully and provide the request to pay my premium -THAT times out, or the request is dumped without registering the payment. I have given up making multiple tries, because it is so frustrating. Additionally, your automated pay by phone system often has the same types of problems!! It makes me want to leave this company, simply because of these failings!! I never have this level of problems with other websites, and I pay almost ALL of my bills on line.
The app stopped working after the latest update. It has been weeks now and no response. It was not very good before but at least I could make a payment. The company is fine but the lack of ability in their app is making me consider switching insurance companies. Do better… hire a real app developer.
for being a big company you would think they would be concerned about their image and PR. I must say that a lot of times the password doesn’t work even though if you go onto the website on the laptop, you can login with the same password. Also, the app is buggy you can tell the last update that they did Why would the issue such an act like this, without really working on it and continually trying to make it better that speaks a lot for the company.

Took hours on hold before option to leave call-back number, which I left, but a Merchants rep never called back. When I finally got through after another painfully prolonged wait, and finally thought I was getting somewhere, the call was dropped! Of course, there was no return call even though they have my cell number. Another great service company!

Every piece of this Automated system is garbage AND you can pay an 18$ “convenience” fee every time you use a debit card because the eCheck enrollment is constantly broken.
Unable to make payments through this app. Also, does not allow me to view my payment history as well as policy information.
You should work on allowing policy holders to make payments through the mobile app. 2 stars for coming out with an app.
