Why my mercury app is not working on iphone 16 pro max.. please fix it ASAP

This app used to be the BEST, everything was displayed clear as day, easy to make a payment, showed you the best options for how much you should pay, I actually enjoyed logging in to pay my bill! Now they’ve changed it and it’s absolutely trash, the complete opposite of what it used to be! Who ever decided on this redesign needs to rethink their career cause how do you ruin something so drastically!?

The card itself is great. However I have been visiting my adult child overseas, bc they are stationed in another country. Can’t access the app from my phone or their secured internet home computer. This is ridiculous it’s 2024!!! My other CC or bank accounts let me access my bills/accounts.

This app helps so much but all in all this is the worst company ever. Would never get a card trough them, crazy fees, whack website, & unexplained charges.

Finally a card that will let you set up automatic payment before you have a balance due! So far very happy!! Wells Fargo.. big thumbs down

The app is always saying I did not log out properly when I did log out properly.

I am very pleased with the mercury credit card. I have enjoyed getting cash back today. I have ordered several gift cards with my cashback points. Thank you, Mercury.

Not sure when the app changed but I never noticed having a hard time seeing my credit limit, balance, due date, amount and past payments and monthly statements. I figured out where my payment history is and statements. And I can open the statement to see what my credit limit is and due date etc. more convenient when it is there when you open it. Also, if I’ve already paid my limit and get on next pay to see if I owe, I do this every pay with each bill, it says minimum payment met and that’s it. Helpful to say that along with payment and amount and due date.
