Several issues
I really love this game but there are several issues. The firefly festival doesn't give you the energy gift when you earn it, when you merge and finally achieve the cat you don't get the gift, the decor road energy gifts you don't receive even when earned and the full month reward you don't get. So any events they have are fun but you never receive the reward. I have emailed them twice with no response.

Don’t bother
I was liking the game and then I got stuck in being able to collect more stars because I don’t know how to attain the paper, pencils and other stuff needed for stars. I’m stuck on the same level because I need the stars to move on and I’m not making a purchase seeing that I’ve contacted customer support 3 times now and have yet to hear back!
Glitches
While the game is fun to play there are glitches with the points earned and also with the islands resetting to the start.
