Ad ads and more ads

Almost impossible to play without an ad every two minutes. Designed to frustrate you into paying $5 to get rid of ads. Better options available for merge games. Greedy developers.

Too many ads!! Ridiculous

I would have given 5 stars when I first started this game. Now I am only doing one! I used to love this game until it turned into ads every 2-3 moves!! It’s absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating! I really love this game and would hate to delete it, especially when I’m already pretty far into it. Please fix the excessive ads!!!

Clean Up Phase!!!

Game was great until about level 25. Clean up or ship out. Takes days and numerous minutes out of my life to get anywhere. Ridiculous. Really a shame cause I do spend $ on good fair games that I want to support. Balance here is uneven.

No Ads

Why all the ads now for this game. He ads needs to go away like it was in the beginning

I used to love this game. Then you got greedy. Ads everywhere now, that you have to pay to get rid of. And the ads freeze up my phone half the time. There’s already plenty of things to spend money on. You took a fun game, and completely ruined it.

Support team is no help

Now it’s one glitch after another with the latest set of updates. We used to be able to choose what side games/events and when. Now you have no choice. I prefer how it was before. There’s also glitches with getting rewards for reaching each level in the events now, unlike before. I’ve written to their support team about not getting rewards and nothing was resolved, and I got yelled at for not informing them sooner (as in the first day of the event). I told them I did, but it had taken them 2 full days to reply. Events are only 3 days long so they ran out the clock, not me. An event just ended and I unlocked the final basket prize several times yet got nothing at all from it. Very frustrating. Another event starts in less than 24 hours now so no point writing to the support team again since another event will have already started before they reply back. Even their responses here clearly indicate they don’t bother to read reviews. Every response is the same. Thank you for your review please contact our support team. I’ll bet I’ll get the same even though I’ve pointed it out.
