Since the latest update, version 1.3.0, I have not been able to enter the game

A year
So I have had this game for a year or more and it’s a good game but the elves sleep forever ♾️. Anyone one time I got a new up date and that house with the little girl the house is still there but, the GIRL. What’s up with that.
Lost m progress and part of my purchases
I’m very disappointed in this game is to be one of my favorites, and when the game was logged in on my new phone I logged into my account and it saved over as a new account instead of loading process. I lost more then half of my in game purchases and all game progress aside from the elves I had. I’m very disappointed with the way that Support handled it, because nobody ever got back to me when I explain the situation. Do not download unless you don’t mind starting over. I hope this saves someone from the headache.

Angry, ugh!
I loaded the ship completely. Then the game reset. I lost all of the things I earned, but the ship says complete now. Ugh, so ticked off!
Not working since I updated iOS software!
Loading is slow or crashes. Events won’t load and seem to think I’m offline.
Good game to play, but it does have glitches.
I have been playing this game for a while now. Really didn’t have no problems until recently. Was playing the event and all of a sudden it reset and now I am unable to play as it shows a lock on the screen. Other than that I enjoy playing this game.
