Merge Fairy Tales - Merge Game

Okay so I finally found the game Facebook group in the game description and the developers were quick to help with the glitch I was having. I appreciate their updates in that group too. This game is super fun and cute!

My game has issues! I didn’t get to play last event because it wouldn’t load and I don’t get the video energy but every 2 hours.I can’t move forward, I can’t collect more areas if it doesn’t upload!!!

Can’t even begin to describe all the issues with this game. People don’t have event islands for months, being charged for transactions they didn’t make, not getting packages purchased. If support does answer (if you can figure out how to contact them) over Facebook there’s none and resolve nothing. I’ve had to contact Apple for refunds because of both reasons. I strongly suggest against buying anything on this game. It only gets more and more expensive as you go along u til you get to where it’s SUPER expensive then lose interest because of it. Meanwhile all the micro purchases they’ve already got you beat for.

No complaints here! Barely any glitches which always get fixed! This game is addictive for me, cute, fun, easy but challenging in other ways..more so just patience to level up lol but overall one of my top favorite merging games!! Try it out!

Did the surprise carnival event I was unable to collect gifts after level 8 cleared level 14 Hoped that when the event was over, the prizes would auto collect Instead, it locks the screen with the prize menu, and I am unable to play the game Please fix and I would appreciate getting the gifts that I earned

I am addicted to this game. And I spend about $10 every two months months on gems and upgrades. The main issue I have is the free energy after watching ads reset stops working. Which is annoying because I purchased the no ads for a week at $5 and now I’m not benefiting from it since this function is not working and I wasted money now. I tried contacting customer support but that function is not working either. Very frustrating. Otherwise it’s a really fun game to play.

I love love love this game! The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is that I’m having issues watching ads for energy. My phone enables ads and tracking. When I click watch it says loading and then says please wait ad loading but nothing happens. I reached out to customer support and received energy back which was wonderfully kind but the issue is still on going and frustrating because that’s about 120 energy every few hours I’m losing.

Was a fantastic game but now a new update trying to swap the not now and buy now buttons so players accidentally buy. Supercell did this and got in major trouble. You better fix it before legal action is taken and your shut down on iOS

Got to level 3 within minutes of playing game. Its real boring, just pushing buttons that don’t really correlate to whats going on. I wish these games had an age range for this is clearer created for a small child.

I love this game but please fix the Oil Tycoon Season it won’t let me collect my prizes!! Thanks hope you can fix soon.. 😊
