I have deleted/reinstalled app AND deleted app. restarted iPad and reinstalled and it still won’t load.

I absolutely love this game but the zoo part won’t allow me to unlock no more animals and I’m so sad about it I think it’s a technical issue I hope they can fix it soon really sad about it,this is why I haven’t opened my chests.

SMH, for real? It’s still snowing? No update yet? I’m about to abandon this game just like the developers have.

It’s a good game, but I can’t save it. I’m not putting time into or spending money when there’s such a big chance of losing everything. I’ll try again in a few months - if you have set game up so it can be saved I’ll play it.
