I paid to remove the ads, as they were too intrusive, and a lot of them are for the rinse and repeat, fake, ‘win money!’ games. I see that, following a recent update, the ads have been re-instated, and the option to pay to remove the ads has mysteriously disappeared. If you can’t honour what I paid for, then you should refund, but I bet you won’t. Therefore, scam.
Was a great game before the update but now just feels clunky. There’s too much going on, they have tried to be like other games and have changed it too much. Unfortunately won’t be playing anymore
I loved this game then the update happened and it’s really disappointing. I had paid to not have the ads but now I have to watch the ads after the update and no option to pay to get rid of them 😟
I downloaded the app as it offered a cash incentive if you fixed the drinks machine via a market research app. I did actually enjoy the game at first so that was a bonus. I achieved the goal within the set period but never got paid out. Absolutely infuriating and waste of my time. It takes so long to progress through levels; you're constantly waiting and waiting and wasting life away watching ads. It gets ridiculously tedious and boring because after small progress you're back to waiting around unless you're willing to pay heaps of money to buy extra turns etc. I'll be deleting this app; annoyed that I did what was needed and didn't get my payout. It's unfair and not worth it but having invested so much time, o continued. What a major mistake. Game developers are too money hungry and it ruins what potentially was a decent game. Just too slow and too much waiting around. I'll be glad once it's deleted.

I do love this game but it either keeps closing or telling me to restart the game. Getting frustrating now.
It’s a good game but takes too long to get items for orders I spent 200 energy and still not close to getting the item its level 6 and takes too long to complete the floors it takes days
Good game but more games to earn lighting bolts
The cost to remove the ads is too much for me to be able to afford. Deleted with regret. Edit to dev response:- Comment on excessive ads is not addressed, you HAVE to watch these if do not or cannot pay. This ruins the game so it will stay deleted. Reduced from 2 to 1 star due to inadequate response.
I love the game and the different mini games. The big disappointment is there is no option to pay for no ads and they are too frequent which spoils the game play and for that reason I will uninstall. Gutted. Hope this changes soon I will keep checking for the fix
