Was on cruise, no wifi but able to play though limited gameplay. Came home, updated the game yesterday. So excited to see the full Halloween events.. played a bit, bought the 1st item but the Wall when installed was invisible!! A few hours later and until now the game cannot be loaded anymore ..just stalled at around 30%
Better if can show the time left for generator to recharge
I deleted the game months earlier. I reinstalled it today and everything disappeared. When I try to link a cloud save, it seems that the clean slate had overwritten all my progress. What can I do? Additional note: Tried to get back to my previous progress. Anyways, a note is that I feel like some timed events like getting the lemon stand to level 21 and finishing the love story are unbeatable without a ton of gems, as I barely got through the lemon stand event with a lot of gems, and I couldn’t beat the love story (which I didn’t know was timed) at 99%. (yes, I extended the love story time by 2h 30min) Additional note: The newest event occured, but it was weirder. I was almost finished, at the part where Sunny was drowning. I waiting for the cards to refill, and when I came back, the game thought that I had finished the event, even though there was one day left. This left me confused, because now I have no idea how Bright saved Sunny, or how the side story with the parents ends.
App keeps hanging after latest update. Very buggy.

1st refill - 100 energy cost 5 gems 2nd refill (same day) - 100 energy cost 10 gems 3rd refill (same day) - 100 energy cost 20 gems Don’t know if the cost will double again at the 4th refill, I stopped refilling at the 3rd time. Suggest to cap the cost at 5 gems. Too costly to refill more than 2 times per day. If wait for 24 hours to reset back to 5 gems, it takes the fun off the game. If don’t wait for reset then it becomes too costly. I would not have incentive to purchase the packages if the refill cost doubles each time. I don’t mind buying the packages if the refill cost is kept at 5 gems.

I have now deleted the game. I spent more time logging back in and replaying what I had just done before the game crashed. I used to really enjoy this game. But not anymore and I’m almost ready to quit. Game crashes every time you log on right in the middle of something. I have lost energy, coins, and my place in the game. I sure will never pay for anything. Customer service from what I hear is a joke so I don’t even bother.
I have played this game for a long time and I love it. The three starts is for the lack of recognition of problems in the game. It will shut down on you in the middle of game play. And instead of figuring out on their end how to fix it they blame the user for now having new enough tech.
