Paid for season pass - But not getting the end coins?

I love this game. Has so many good features so numerous to mention. I paid for the free pass - evidently which just ended. However - I can’t open/play the game. It opens and screen shot shows “pass ended - get coin” but freezes. So I’m not getting the coins - last I saw was at least 4000. Also since it will not let me play - I lost out on finishing up the last item needed to get the daily coins, energy and parts! Also missing out on today’s options..... Still LOVE this game though :) Thank you for an awesome game and any assistance. UPDATE: Everything back to normal. Thank you for the quick response and fix and replacement “benefits”. I NEED to go do some matching now :) Like I said you guys/gals are awesome. Thank you.

Couldn’t play

Must’ve been a glitch I even deleted the game and closed it multiple times but it froze 3 steps into the beginning of the game during the tutorial and I couldn’t to anything click anything Really annoying

Love the game but I’m as far as I can get

I love playing this game! I’ve reached the end of 14 levels and waiting for new ones to come out. I hope it’s not going to be too long of a wait. I was playing one game, reached and completed the 5th restaurant and been waiting for new levels for 18 months. Please create new levels fast!!! Thank you!

Screen Freezes in the first level

The screen freezes in the first level, it’s not responsive anywhere, and when I restart the game, it just starts all over from the beginning and then happens again, and freezes in the same spot. Really want to like this game please fix.

I love this game. I enjoy the main story as well as all the side challenges. But it would be nice to have a storybook where you could go anytime to re-read the ongoing story from the beginning to where you are in the game. With so much going on to play I can’t remember the whole story line.

I pay for items and I don’t get them

So I go to pay for items it says it goes through and then it says that it cancelled the payment. But it still takes the money with no gifts. What is up with that. I’m going to have to uninstall the game and not play. I really like the game. I don’t want to have to do that. Please help.

Issue buying a sale fares bundle

I wanted to buy a bundle for 4.99, each time I tried it seemed to work saying “all set” like it went through but the I get a pop up saying “something went wrong” so I tried again and again and again, the same thing happened every time. I never got the items from the bundle but my credit card got charged almost $50.00 instead of $4.99 and I still never got the items even once never mind the 10 times I got charged for. I tried to contact the company through the support link in the game app but that didn’t work either. Please refund my money since I never got what I paid for.
