Game doesn’t launch
Please fix, the game doesn’t launch
Lost all data
After the update I lost everything in game that I had purchased. It only lets me start a new game. It was bound to Facebook and Apple. I emailed support email on app but have had no response. I still have not had a response I have been playing since 2022 and lost over $1000 in items. This is ridiculous. I need someone to fix this!!!
Update needed
My game keeps saying that there’s new levels and I go to click on it and all I see is a sign that says coming soon. So until then I have this annoying flashing arrow that keeps telling me there’s new levels ( again there’s not ) and a sign in the top left alternating me about this also. Please fix this.
Too many interruptions
I play merge dragons and thought this would be fun, mostly it is but I’m tired of getting interruptions by purchase requests. I’m opting out of this game, wish the best to everyone else playing it.
Used to really like it…
But for some reason I can no longer play! after the load screen the board greys out and does nothing responds to my tapping. It’s a shame because I was really enjoying this game up until know and I did spend money on this game.
Wow… just WOW!!
Everything was going great. Although, I’m not a fan of the auto merge, but I dealt with it. During an even was my issue. I KNOW I was working on the event and I got pretty far. I just recently got on and went to the event, only to find out, I had to RESTART the entire event like I never worked on it. I deleted it cause that’s not cool for me.
Love it! Keep having issues.
I can’t watch videos to get extra things and I can’t finish the daily challenges because it says I don’t have any videos to watch but I haven’t watched any for months!!!

I NEED HELP PLEASE/ I love the game but?
I’ve written a few times asking for help. I saved my progress and when I got back my star number went from 478 to 380. All of the progress I had was gone, can someone please help me and fix this. If you save your progress shouldn’t it keep what you have not revert back to months earlier. This is the main game I play and I spend a good amount of money monthly on this game, however, if I cannot get help and loose a few hundred dollars simply by saving my progress then that means I have to repeat the same levels and tasks all over again. And if that is the case I’ll go elsewhere. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE fix this UPDATE. - as per your response at the bottom a few hours ago. Nothing was resolved and nothing was restored. My 30 day gem was not restored either. Which I was told would happen so I had to purchase the 30 days of gems again. I am not the only person who has had this problem. Basically I was told the information was not in the system but that they would restore my 30 day card. Which hasn’t happened. I lost all the money invested from purchasing elves and other items plus other things that were advanced to 4th and. 5 th level are all lost. I am still over 100 stars behind from where I was. My advice to all playing the game do not save your progress. When I did all of my gems vanished, all of my progress reverted back about 6 months. To which I was told by support that the information was not in their system. So best advice either save daily or do not save ever.
