Honestly not a fan of the new update. Why change how stuff works if it was working before? Like being able to stop building and continue later, having to wait 4 hours for a building just so i have something to do is quite frustrating

This app keeps freezing up! I’ve got two of your games and they both do it. I’ll be moving a piece to merge it with others and it freezes. I’ve lost points over it! I had three of your games but the one I didn’t care for so I deleted it. It froze as well. Can you tell me what I can do to make it stop. It’s messing up my game?

I really love the game and graphics. It is both addicting and entertaining. I enjoy the getaway from reality but I have been having issues with my subscription not awarding or demanding further payment for three months and have written multiple times, without one response or fix to my situation.

Every time I try to open a chest the ad plays something about golf and these ads freeze on the last second of the commercials. Please fix it. Been going on for over a week

I’ve lost 100 levels of progress, the game won’t open other events, and nobody answers tickets.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this game is really fun! There’re a lot of different things to work on. And I haven’t had any problems with spam e-mails and I’m usually on the leaderboard. I’ve seen the exact review-word for word-regarding that issue on several different game reviews. So I don’t think it’s really an issue. The ONLY thing that kind of bugs me are the random new items that don’t really go anywhere and just take up space, which is the other thing that bugs me. There’s NEVER enough room!! But, that’s the case in every similar game, so I don’t hold it against this game. You should try it and judge for yourself. It’s a fun game, stress free. 😊

This is my absolute favorite game. The graphics are the best. I highly recommend this game for everyone … there are two things I’d like to see happen in the game. I’d like to zoom out to see more of my land when moving things and an undo button. Too many times things are merged before I want.

This game only works in portrait or narrow mode (as in narrow minded) mode. I immediately uninstalled it.
