Mergic: Merge & Magic

I have enjoyed this game for a long time, but it has been functioning in slow motion for weeks now. I was not able to find support for my complaint

I love the game, but it doesn’t provide enough energy to play for very long each day. Compared to other merge games, it only gives 70 energy points versus the norm of 100. And there aren’t enough opportunities to get more energy. I’m willing to watch more ads to get energy, but they only give one or two every few hours. I can’t get invested in a game that doesn’t give back. I’m also annoyed with the really long wait times for the generators. They take 1-3 hours to use them again. Another problem is that I’m getting stuck on side games because I don’t have enough money to upgrade items in order to continue. I’ve stopped playing them at all because I cannot make any progress. The game has potential, but it seems that the developers aren’t willing to give out enough for me to invest in the game. I’ve paid plenty for in-game stuff, but this game makes it really hard to make it worth it.

Awesome game but I hate when you become obsessed with a game and you have to wait for energy recharge timers. And NO WAY am I going to pay money to recharge more or faster. It’s an inconsiderate ask.

Hello! Love the game! I am only on level 6, but all the tasks have disappeared and I can’t get them to come back! I have deleted and redownloaded it already, and nothing shows! Please help! Otherwise it’s fantastic!

Super cute game, and fun. I can deal with most of the quirks in the game but the big downside is the very short playing time before you are expected to purchase something. You get only a few minutes of energy and then you’re done. Games like Merge Mansion have a much longer playing time. You get much more energy and can actually play they game for more than 3 minutes. I’m happy to pay for games, but the money grab is just too frequent and in your face. One annoying quirk is that if you store something in your inventory, the task and order tabs don’t see it. It should, and should let me complete with items in my inventory.

I started playing yesterday. So much fun to merge mushrooms and guess what kind of magic is going to happen. Special thanks to artists 💗 the items are drawn with humor and attention to details.

The daily orders go totally blank after just like 2 hrs even though you’re supposed to have 24 hrs!! I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game but it doesn’t work! It’s a fun game even though the story is written in bad English and doesn’t make any sense sometimes. But it needs customer service badly!!

One of my favorite games

Easy to get started and standard game mechanic but there are floating items that cannot be removed and do not disappear and obstruct the game board constantly.

It’s cute, but sort of boring. It takes so long for items to reload, and you get so few to start, that it ends up being a bit of a racket, where you have to either play for like 10-15 minutes at a time and then wait hours for things to recharge, or you have to spend real money, and I’m guessing a lot of it.
