Ever since update - can’t log into account. I change password and it’s good for couple days and then I can’t log in again. Now I have to resort to using desk top where I have no problems signing in.

In order to use two step verification you need to talk to support line. Then once enabled you have to unclick a setting on opening page. Forget to do that and you have to call support again. Seems backasswards.
Can do most if my banking in the comfort of my own home. Transfer funds to people, deposit cheques, moving funds amongst my accounts and pay my bills. Can’t get better than that!!
The app is great. I would love to know of new updates upfront. I could not deposit a check as a new version should have been installed on my cellphone. It was a pain until I tried removing and installing the updated App to deposit the check. Thanks
The app used to work just fine before this most recent update. Now I can’t login into the app as the two factor authentication does not work. It says a text message has been sent but nothing is ever received. Please fix the app as it is absolutely useless as is!
The app rarely works properly, now after I updated it I can’t log in at all. I’m so sick of this bank. Everything they do makes it worse!
Biometrics (face) keeps getting reset useless to even setup as next day it’s reset. Still no Apple Pay support which is Meridian holding it up not Apple. Just not interested in listening to customers wants/needs as usual
The cheque deposit camera grid is to small on the iPad, never had this issue before!
Tried paying a bill at at future date and saw a significant. I chose March 30 and the payment form indicated March 2. I reported this discrepancy via phone days ago...still not fixed.
When will be able to have debit card on the phone. It’s really annoying
