terrible, awful, who thought this was a good idea

This has somehow made the tedious process of paying for a crossing even worse. What a waste of an app

Poor quality app. Far too long winded form of payment.

I tried to update my card details in the app. First issue was the form itself keep doesn’t render very well to the mobile - I could scroll to the button if the form for me to add my post code and submit. I tried this several times then I uninstalled then install again then it let me complete the last part of the form. As I press submit the authentication of card the failed several times!! I gave up using this app now. Deleted my account and source tuner method of payment.

Figured signing up for the app would be better than the dreadful Merseyflow website payment process. It isn’t. As with the website integration for AutoFill is almost non-existent. There’s no ApplePay option. No easy integration with KeyChain. A dire sign up process.

I have two vehicles that I might use, the app doesn’t seem to allow me to register both. Or am I missing something? A Feedback facility might be helpful too

They are a money making scam artist use the app and still ended up with £60 fines

All fine but would be good if you could add more than one vehicle to your account (like the tunnels) as many households have more than one car and use both.

Waste of time if you’re gonna send me a fine ever after I’ve paid anyway

Got to be the worst app ever…!!! And it’s been like this from the opening of the bridge. It’s like it’s setup to rip people off. For a company probably pulling in millions with this extortionate charge you think they would have a decent app. You can’t add multiple cars to your account. The number of times I’ve received a fine letter even though I have autopay set up is a joke. Think I’d rather use the extra fuel and go though warrington than give this company any more money.
