The app doesn’t let me get past the original set up on either my phone or iPad. The app has a pop up that states it is loading parameters but nothing is loading. This happens directly after taking the selfie to create an avatar. Disappointing.

I’m having trouble making my avi cause it wants me to take a picture of myself but it ends up glitching or go to a screen to start loading for something
I’m not sure about this to begin w/… but… ok, oh wait… I’m having the same… can’t make an avatar as everyone else. The 5 Stars must have been hustled. IF not… they need a major overhaul in their mobile access. You can’t even determine WHAT your doing wrong! Boo Hiss
I click Create Avatar. Then it says you failed to take your picture correctly. But it says this before you even take a picture and before it even ask you to take a picture and when you finally did take a picture, it says the picture was not taken correctly matter how many times I redo it it says the picture is not taken correctly.
