I had subscribed to Metal Hammer for some time then cancelled. I wanted to subscribe again but can’t. The app shows “Your iPad subscription is active. It has not been active for over a year but the app thinks I am still subscribed so I can’t renew or cancel. Very frustrated with the app or, to be fair, the iOS version of it.
Used to read it since 37 years ago... and still fresh as my passion
Keeping metal alive!
The title says it all. I purchased he latest issue and not only will it not download, but ALL of my purchases are gone. I've tried the restore library function and nothing shows up. I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, and STILL nothing. What can I do to get my issues back?
The coverage, reviews, and photographs make this a must have for all metal heads!
The last issue went back to the PDF type version, what a welcome return!
I saw the new app loaded the free issue what a mess the new app is.Hope they get wind of this they will lose lots money over time.....
