Metal Pay: Buy Bitcoin and ETH

Been using Metal Pay for a few weeks now, it’s a great app. It beats everyone else out of the water in my opinion.

This app constantly crashes. More importantly it can take up to three hours for purchases to complete.

I updated my phone to latest iOS and ever since is been displaying just blank screen and won’t open , please what can I do , I have install uninstall and repeat the process more than 6 times

I withdrew $340 and it says that I have to pay fee $12. So I expected to receive $328. Guess what? They overcharged $112 and I received only $228. Wow big scam!

This is garbage. Bought $600 worth of their garbage because I heard of how good and easy it was. I paid over $50 in fees between buying and sending to cold storage. I’ll stick to the adult apps, thanks.

Hands down best crypto project. Structured how a bank or data bank should be.

signed up for the app verified myself and deposited my money. Depositing was fairly straightforward and I had no issue, but when I tried to withdraw it sat on pending until I email them to see what the issue was and they asked me a bunch of questions and asked for a bank statement and locked my account. I now have thousands sitting on their app that I can’t access and I’m at their mercy! PLEASE IF ANY PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER IS READING THIS, RUN AWAY! DO NOT DEPOSIT ON THIS APP. I just pray I get my money back. I filed a complaint with BBB, CFPB and also my attorney general. Update: they closed my account and is holding my money hostage! Saying I can withdraw it in may!! STAY AWAY. Will be filing a police report

Second-to-none app for loading fiat into the Metallicus ecosystem. I’ve enjoyed seeing improvements in recent years, and this is the only app I use for purchasing crypto at this time. Well done!

Metal Pay has amazing customer service. Better than Coinbase big time!! The user experience is very smooth and seamless. The KYC process is also very smooth as well. Since the parent company operates with tight controls, I have so much more trust in this all compared to other apps that are available. Buying, selling, depositing and withdrawaling to cold storage is all perfect and can’t wait until more features are added.
